Courses and seminars that support the MTQUA certification program

InterMed Global participates in the MTQUA certification programs.The schedule of training classes and workshops for certification of International Patient Advisor (CIPA) and certification of Medical Travel Concierge (CMTC) are listed on the Medical Travel Quality Alliance website.

The Resort Course, 12-day intensive full certification

Course participants travel to 2 or 3 destinations and participate in 40+ hours of workshops and 20+ hours of detailed site inspections. This course is ideal for anyone who needs to complete certification in as short a time as possible, anyone who wants to jump start a facilitation or other support service business, or anyone who wants to get to know specific medical destinations in depth.

Online certification program

Online certification classes begin periodically and are held once a week at a scheduled time.
